Richard A. Eastman

Richard A. Eastman passed away peacefully on Friday, April 5, 2019 at ManorCare Health Services in King of Prussia, PA. He was 92. Mr. Eastman was a resident of Jeffersonville, PA. He worked as a Service Manager for the Dresser-Rand Energy Company in Olean, NY. Richard was a US Navy veteran of WW II. Born in Olean, NY on November 4, 1926, he was a son of the late Clifford and Pauline L. (Hanks) Eastman. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 70 years, Mary Bernice (Kellett) Eastman; two sons, Daniel J. (Cynthia) Eastman and Stephen A. (Mary Ann) Eastman, both of King of Prussia; a daughter, Carol Ann Eastman of King of Prussia; granddaughter, Mary Katharine (Adam) Dinney; 2 great-grandchildren, Lilly Dinney and Dawson Dinney; two sisters: Jean Bechtold of Columbia, PA and Carol Ann Sisson of Bolivar, NY; and many other loving family members. Preceded in death by a sister, Laura Kessler; and 2 brothers-in-law, Lew Bechtold and Rodney Sisson. Relatives and friends are invited to Richard’s Memorial Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 11:00 am; with greeting from 10 to 10:50 am. Interment will be private in Allegany Cemetery, New York.
