Richard A. Farrell passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at his residence in King of Prussia, PA. He was 83. Mr. Farrell worked in the HVAC field as an oil burner technician. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and camping. Richard was a US Army veteran, serving from 1954 to 1957 during the Korean Conflict. Born in Philadelphia, PA on November 15, 1935, he was a son of the late William and Rose (McFlynn) Farrell. Surviving is his loving family including his wife, Gloria M. (Graff) Farrell; two sons, Thomas Farrell and his wife, Patrice, of Conshohocken, PA and Robert Farrell; four grandchildren: Malyssa, Shannon, Caitlyn & Richard; two brothers, William Farrell and his wife, Nancy, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Carl Farrell and his wife, Lorraine, of Bridgeport, PA; a sister, Mina Woods of San Antonio, TX; and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Ronald Farrell; a sister, Charlotte Phillips; and a brother-in-law, Art Woods. The family will receive relatives and friends at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 9 to 10:50 am; with his service starting at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, West Norriton, PA.
