Richard A. (Hap) Gephart

Mr. Richard A. (Hap) Gephart was born in Phila., PA on April 11, 1934, the son of the late Jacob and Alice (Johnson) Gephart. He served in the U.S. Army as a Sgt.  He was a Warehouse worker at Sears in Phila., PA., for 43 years until they imploded the Sears building in 1993.  Beloved   husband of Catherine A. (nee Carroll) .  Loving Father of Marie Furey (Gerald), Debra Pennisi (Mitchell) and Richard A. Jr. (Angie).  Also survived by 7 Grandchildren and several Nieces & Nephews.  Relatives and Friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday 8:30-10:30 AM    at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home 6643-45 Torresdale Ave. (at Unruh Ave.) Phila., PA 19135.   A Funeral Mass will be celebrated  at St. Matthew's  Upper Church at 11:15 AM.  Interment at Hillside Cemetery,  In lieu of flowers Donations in his memory to American Cancer Society 1626 Locust St. Phila., PA 19103 appreciated.
