Richard W. Karcher passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 at his residence in Wayne, PA. He was 88. Richard was a US Veteran. He worked as an electrical engineer for General Electric. Born in Allentown, PA on July 3, 1928, he was a son of the late Herbert R. and Mary Ann (Karabinus) Karcher. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
