Richard L. Markoski

Richard L. Markoski passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Brandywine Hospital. He was 71. Mr. Markoski was a resident of Wagontown, PA. He worked as a quality control technician for the former Philadelphia Gear Corp. in King of Prussia, PA. Richard was a member of St. Augustine R.C. Church.Mr. Markoski was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam Era, serving from 1965 to 1967.Born in Norristown, PA on August 15, 1942, he was a son of the late Stanley and Elizabeth (McKeon) Markoski. Surviving is his loving family including his wife, Ellen M. (Granger) Markoski; two sons, Richard and Michael Markoski; two daughters, Sharon Markoski and Leigh-Ann Passero; four grandchildren; a brother; and a sister.Relatives and friends are invited to Richard's Funeral Mass at St. Augustine R.C. Church, 464 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Monday, December 30, 2013 at 10:00 am. Interment will be private at the request of the family.
