Richard F. Peters passed away suddenly after a short illness on Monday, May 18, 2015. He was 60. Mr. Peters was a resident of W. Norriton, PA. He worked as a taxi driver. Born in New York City, NY on June 30, 1954, he was a son of George C. and Lotte E. (Neuman) Peters. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
