Rossi, Richard L. age 79 of Florida, formerly of Gulph Mills, PA passed away peacefully on July 1, 2018 at his sons’ home in Phoenixville, PA surrounded by his family. Born in Ardmore on August 15, 1938, Richard was the son of the late Albert and Angelina Rossi. He was the beloved husband of Amelia M. (nee Benigno) Rossi; dear dad of Rick (Catherine), Diane Powell (Frank), Karen Colson, Joseph and Michael (Patricia); brother of Albert and Dolores DiGiovanni; grandfather of Ricky (deceased), Christopher, Leah, Michael, Alexa, Teddy, Tajisha, Joey, Michael Jr. and Michaela and the great-grandfather of five boys. He previously owned and operated Rossi Shoe Service in Ardmore, PA, a family business that has been in existence since 1904. Family and friends are invited to a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 9th at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd, 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport, Pa 19405.
