Richard W. Walters passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, PA. He was 61. Richard was a resident of Spring City, PA. He was a US Navy veteran. Born on the Chincoteague Naval Base in Chincoteague, VA on Augustine 1, 1956, he was a son of Shirley Doris (Callaby) Walters and the late Richard Lee Walters. Surviving is his mother; a brother, Anthony Walters of South Dakota; and many other loving family members. Funeral services and interment will be private in South Dakota.
