Richard John Woolley, age 66, of Tuckahoe, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, at St. Mary Medical Center in Bucks County, PA where he bravely confronted and fought cancer.

Born on September 16, 1958, in Somers Point, NJ, Richard is the cherished son of Marjorie Emma (Mason) and Howard C. Woolley II and brother of Howard “Rusty” Woolley III. He leaves behind a legacy of love through his beloved daughter Amanda Sinclair and her husband Ryan, and their children, Emma and Macklin.

Richard is preceded in death by his son Richard “Tyler” Woolley.

Richard's life was one filled with fun and laughter, knowing never to take life too seriously. He exemplified the meaning of dedication and passion in his work as a carpenter. His detailed craftsmanship left many in awe, and his creations will continue to tell his story for years to come. During his 20s and 30s, Richard enjoyed playing softball in the Upper Township area. Richard found joy in fishing and golfing, which brought him great peace and happiness. Above all, he treasured the moments spent with his family, especially his time spent with his grandchildren. He was a dedicated employee of The Claridge hotel in Atlantic City up until the onset of his illness.

A memorial service to celebrate Richard's life will be held at a later date.
