Rita C. Adamcik

Rita C. (Cosmi) Adamcik passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. She was 88. Mrs. Adamcik was a resident of East Norriton, PA. She was a member of Visitation BVM Church in Trooper, PA. Rita enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchild, Sunday evening family dinners and game night, and luncheons with her friends of many years. Born in Lower Merion Township, PA on April 24, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Raniero and Maria (Brunozzi) Cosmi; and the wife of the late Joseph E. Adamcik, who died in 2005. Surviving is her loving family including a son, Kenneth J. Adamcik; daughter, Sharon J. (Edward) Barboni; four grandchildren: Daniel (Rachel) Barboni, Gina (Christian) Ellis, Maxwell Adamcik and Alexander Adamcik; a great granddaughter, Aurora Barboni; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Maria Cosmi and Minnie Szyplowski. Relatives & friends are invited to Rita’s viewing at Visitation B.V.M. Church, 196 N. Trooper Road, Trooper, PA on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 9 to 9:40 am; Eulogy will begin at 9:45 am with her Funeral Mass starting at 10:00 am, in the Upper Church. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rita’s memory to Visitation B.V.M. Church, 196 N.
