Rita D. Odorisio

Rita D. (Rossi) Odorisio passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 10, 2019, surrounded by her loving family at her residence in King of Prussia, PA. She was 84. Rita worked for 15 years as an accounting clerk for Nova Care. She was a devout Catholic who was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia. Rita was an avid bowler at Facenda Whitaker in Norristown, PA. She loved the beach, doing crossword puzzles and watching her grandchildrens sporting events. Born in Ardmore, PA on November 1, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Rinaldo and Margaret (Cortellessa) Rossi. She was the wife of 43 years, of the late Camille J. Odorisio, who died in 1996. Surviving is her loving family including 3 daughters: Carol Odorisio, Margaret “Peggie” Warfel and Joan (and Cappie) Hose; 3 grandchildren: Stephen Odorisio, Amanda (and John) Murphy and Carlye Odorisio; 2 great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Tanner Murphy; a brother, Carmen Rossi; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edmund Rossi; and a sister, Jennie Venafra. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
