Robert D. Andersen

Robert D. Andersen passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Brandywine Hospital in Coatesville, PA. He was 57. Mr. Andersen was a resident of the Swedeland section of Upper Merion Twp., PA. He worked for Upper Merion Twp. in the Public Works Department.Born in Dover, DE on July 6, 1956, he was a son of Norman and Carolyn (Dorothy) Andersen. He was the husband of the late Caroline (Mulderig) Andersen, who died in 2001. Surviving is his loving family including a son, Shawn Andersen of Ocala, FL; three step-daughters: Patty Horton of Lansdale, PA, Ann Marie Babbitt of Spring City, PA and Rhonda Dougans of Chalfont, PA; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Richard and Eric Andersen; and many nephews and nieces. Robert's Memorial Service will be held at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
