Robert G Gemmill

Robert G. Gemmill age 86 of West Norriton, formerly of Roxborough passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Born in Philadelphia on June 11, 1937 to the late Herbert K. and R. Louise (nee Green) Gemmill. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Gemmill. Robert honorably served in the US Army and had an accomplished career as an Art Director within the defense industry.

Robert is survived by his wife, Joan M. (nee Lutker) Gemmill; 3 sons, Robert G. Gemmill Jr. (Patti), Daniel P. Gemmill (Susan), and Douglas A Gemmill; 5 grandchildren, Kristy, Carly Greene (Jeff), Kyle Gaffney, Connor, and Cole; 1 great granddaughter, Briella Greene; a sister, Diane Smith (Syd).

Robert was committed to physical fitness and enjoyed golfing (laying claim to 3 hole-in-ones), strength training, and long walks regardless of weather.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 10:30-11:30 am followed by a service at 11:30 am at Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, 101 N. Park Ave., Trooper, Pa 19403.
