Robert Joseph Gloster

Robert Joseph ""Bob"" Gloster passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Seasons Hospice in Phoenixville, PA. He was 72. Mr. Gloster was a resident of Norristown, PA. He worked as an executive chef for Pocono Manor. Bob was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He enjoyed playing cards and watching the Red Sox and the Patriots but his greatest love was playing golf. Bob was a US Marine Corps veteran. Born in Springfield, Mass on August 24, 1942, he was a son of the late Thomas and Helen Gloster. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 34 years, Paula (Artigiano) Gloster; two daughters, Kara & Chris Lomas of Phoenixville, PA and Emily Gloster of New Castle, DE; and a granddaughter, Scarlett Davis. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bob's memory to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Rd., Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
