Robert Emmett Golden
July 20, 1942 — April 9, 2023
Robert Emmett Golden passed away peacefully at his home April 9, 2023, in Sarasota. He was 80 years old.
Robert was born in Philadelphia to Robert and Mary Golden on July 20, 1942. He was married to Loretta Bomentre for 54 years until her passing in 2017. Robert graduated from Temple University and the University of Notre Dame Law School. He was an attorney and an automobile dealer for many years.
Robert was passionate about his family, all things Italian, loved to travel and loved his little dog Patch.
He was a wonderful husband, father and friend and will be missed by many.
Robert is survived by his daughters Natalie Pileggi and Donna Golden, his son in law Brian Schiavo, his grandchildren Salvatore Pileggi and Nicholas Pileggi.
Relatives and friends are invited to Robert’s visitation at St. Ephrem’s Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA, on Saturday, June 24, 2023, from 9:30-10:30 followed by his funeral mass starting at 10:30am. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
Services have been entrusted to the Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home, Bensalem, PA.
