Robert E Hafner

Robert (Bob) E. Hafner passed away peacefully on Saturday October 27 at the age of 73 with his family by his side. Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a resident at the S.E. Veteran home in Spring City, PA for the past two years. He loved and enjoyed playing the piano, woodworking/carpentry, and watching sports and his grandsons. Born March 8, 1945 in Philadelphia he was the only son of late Edward and Ester (Donboch) Hafner. Bob is survived by his wife Jeanne (Clements) Hafner; three loving sisters, Barbara Downs, Jan McQuiggan and Debra Zitzer and her husband Raymond; two adoring children Michael John, Amy Augustine and her husband Chris; three grandsons, Anthony, Christopher and Andrew. Family and Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Szpindor-Myers Funeral Home 101 N. Park Ave. Trooper, PA 19403 on Saturday, November 3 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
