Robert Lee Imes

Robert L. Imes of Trooper, PA passed away on November 25, 2016 at Einstein Montgomery Hospital at the age of 69. He was born on October 2, 1947 in Norristown where he attended Norristown High school. He is married to Helen M (Bielecki) Imes and together they have 3 children; (late) Robert N. (Bobby) Imes, Donna Marie (Imes) Kenderdine and Steven T. Imes; 2 grandchildren Sean A. Imes and Stevie R. Imes. Robert worked at Kaiser Aluminum in Plymouth Meeting. He was a member of the Elks Lodge #714 in Bridgeport, Pa and the VFW in Norristown, PA. He enjoyed his grandchildren, playing cards, going to the casino, fishing, bowling, going to the lodges, and watching WWE wrestling. He was a loving husband and father who will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his son Robert N. (Bobby) Imes, 2 brothers Melvin and Norman, his parents Esco and Hazel Imes and twin sisters. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation 10-11 am on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home 101 N.
