Robert Neal

Robert Neal, age 82, fell asleep in death on Tuesday, February 6, 2021 after a short bout with health complications. Born on January 31, 1939 in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Edward and Barbara (Bynum) Neal, he lived in and attended the Philadelphia school system, attended some college, and through the years, getting married, having 3 wonderful children, caring for family responsibilities, and becoming one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1958. He settled down in Bellefonte, Delaware with his loving wife of 21 years, Tonia Neal. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one of his brothers, Richard Neal. Having worked at Pittsburgh Steel and various other occupations, he retired as a manager from SEPTA transportation in Philadelphia, PA, and as an airport driver from Piedmont, at the Philadelphia International Airport. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Tonia Mitchell Neal, his 4 children; Nicole (Scott) Searcy, Jerone (Shantele) Neal, Joel Neal, and LaSonjia Mitchell, a brother; Eric (Donna) Neal; sisters Sherry Allen, Leanna Neal; 10 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandson; a host of loving nieces, nephews, other extended family including: Orryn and Sarah Garner, and Victor Tarver; dear friends, and a large Spiritual Family.
