Robert R. Stropas

Robert Richard Stropas Mr. Robert Richard Stropas, 78, of Norristown, Suddenly Saturday, June 9th, 2012 at his residence, He was a resident of the Valley Forge Crossing Mobile Home Community. Mr. Stropas was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 7, 1934. He served in the U.S. Marines as a Cpl. in the Korean War. He worked as a Printer at Homer Printing in Norristown, PA., retiring 15 years ago and before that at Penn Lithograph in Philadelphia. He is a former Member of the Norristown Gun Club, He was a Trap Shooter, Archer, enjoyed Hunting, Fishing and Partying. Bob is the loving brother of Mary Ann Highley (Dyer), Peter Stropas (Cathy) and the late Anthony J. Stropas who is survived by his wife Sandra.  Dear Uncle of Peter, John, Matthew, Philip, Mark, Theresa, Joanne, William and the late James.  Mr. Stropas will be honorably interred at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA.
