Robert M White

Robert M. White age 87 of West Chester, formerly of King of Prussia and Broomall passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Wellington at Hershey’s Mill. Born in Philadelphia to the late Richard and Madeline (nee Hoban) White. Also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (nee Dziatkewicz); son, Richard; Brother, Peter (Sandra).

Robert is survived by a son, Michael (Sharon); 4 grandchildren, Brendan (Dwayne), Sean, Grace, and Kahlan; sister, Helen Harkins (Michael); and several nieces and nephews.

Bob was graduated from The Salesianum School in 1954 going on to the University of Delaware to be a part of the class of 1954. Upon graduation, he pursued a career in Workers Compensation for Sears Workers Compensation Administration for the East Coast, which eventually lead him into All State. In 2002, he joined The Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital as a Unit Attendant. He enjoyed his time with “the kids” and being a “wheelchair pusher.” Those who knew Bob (Pop Pop) knew his love of Philly Sports, his grandchildren, word jumbles, and his 7PM Manhattans.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 12pm to 1 pm followed by a funeral service at 1pm on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Szpindor- Meyers Funeral Home, 101 N Park Ave., Trooper, Pa 19403. Interment will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bob’s name may be made to The Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Oak Unit. 414 Paoli Pike, Malvern, PA 19355.
