Ronald W. Carey

Mr. Ronald W. Carey, 80, of Barto, PA and formerly of Philadelphia passed away Monday, June 21, 2021 peacefully at his residence. Ronald was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 26, 1941, a son of the late Doris (Smith) and James Carey. He was a graduate of Father Judge HS and LaSalle University and served faithfully as a Philadelphia Police officer for 17 years. After his service to the City of Philadelphia he worked for The Family Court Assessment Team in Cape May County, NJ for 20 Years. Ron was the beloved husband of the late Esther M (Callahan) Carey. Loving father of Ronald W. Jr., Patrick J. (Andria), Noel Reilly, Kathleen Coughlin (Vincent) and Maryellen Carey. He was the devoted Grandfather of Caitlin, Vincent Jr., Eimile, Patrick, Abigayle and Jordyn. Relatives and Friends are invited to his viewing from 9:30-10:20 AM and to his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM on Wednesday June 30, 2021, both at St. Ephrem Church 5400 Hulmeville Rd. Bensalem, PA 19020.
