Ronald Thomas Fisher, Sr.

Ronald Thomas Fisher Sr., 78, of Bensalem, PA, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, August 24, 2026. Ronald was born in Philadelphia, PA, on August 27, 1947, and was the son of the late Grace (Goodwin) Fisher and Edward Fisher.

Ronald was the beloved husband of Roberta (Jura) Fisher. Together, they shared a life filled with love, laughter, family, and many cherished memories. Ronald and Roberta especially enjoyed celebrating the Fourth of July with family gatherings, parties, and good times surrounded by those they loved. Together, they raised six children and had thirteen grandchildren together. They created a lifetime of memories that will be treasured by their family.

Ronald proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, he was a proud member of the Steamfitters Local Union 420. Throughout his life, Ronald was known for he's love of the Steeler's. Coaching many youth teams, Lawncrest, Parkwood and Bensalem. After his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family, playing cards and floating in his pool.

In addition to his beloved wife, Roberta, Ronald is survived by his six children, Ron Jr. (Kelly Ann), Chrissy (Rick), Joe, Bob, Tim and Bridget. Thirteen grandchildren: Daniel, Ricky, Tommy, Joey, Kayleigh, Emily, Noelle, Anthony, Nicole, Ronald III, Cole, Olivia and Mirrah; and many other loving relatives and dear friends who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by parents Edward and Grace Fisher, siblings Dorothy (McCloskey), Edward, grandchildren, Autumn and Hope.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend Ronald's visitation on Monday, August 31, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by his Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m., both held at Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home, 1770 Brown Avenue, Bensalem, PA 19020.

Interment with Military Honors will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
