Rosalie W. Highley

Rosalie W. (Weaver) Highley passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 6, 2020, surrounded by her loving family at her daughter's home in Audubon, PA. She was 87. Mrs. Highley was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as a real estate agent for many years. Rosalie loved to travel, watch movies and play tennis. Born in Norristown, PA on June 21, 1933, she was a daughter of the late George Norton Weaver and Idella Mae (Kriebel) Weaver. Surviving is her loving family including a daughter, Joanne Battista and her husband, Ken of Audubon; a son, William Highley of Royersford, PA and his girlfriend, Franny Gentile; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and her companion, Al Desimone of Trappe, PA. She was preceded in death by a brother, George Weaver. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202) Bridgeport, PA on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 10 to 11:00 am. Masks and social distancing will be required, and there will be a limit of 50 people at a time allowed in the funeral home. The Funeral Service and interment will be private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rosalie’s memory to charity of the donor's choice.
