Rosario A. Fajardo

Rosario A. Fajardo passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at her residence in King of Prussia, PA. She was 82. Rosario was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia. She was an active member of the Legion of Mary for 21 years and served in officer positions in the Philadelphia Senatus. She worked as a chemist for Glaxo Smith Kline for 27 years until her retirement in 2001. Rosario enjoyed gardening and traveling.

Born in Manila, the Philippines on August 12, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Anselmo and Rosalia (Angulo) Fajardo. Surviving is her faithful friend of 70 years and cousin, Teresita Oliveros, and many other loving cousins, friends and goddaughters.

Relatives and friends are invited to Rosario’s viewing at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 9 to 9:50 am; with Legion prayers and Rosary at 9:00 am; and her Funeral Mass starting at 10:00 am. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, W. Conshohocken, PA.

Special thanks and prayers go out to Dr. Frederic Becker, Dr. D’ Entremont, Dr. Parul Patel, Patricia Gillin CRNP, and all the wonderful, caring nurses, aides, and secretaries that assisted Rosario throughout her illness, and for all those who offered prayers for her.
