Rose M. Campbell

Rose M. (Urban) Campbell passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at ManorCare Health Services in King of Prussia, PA. She was 92. Mrs. Campbell was a resident of King of Prussia, PA and was formerly of Wilkes Barre, PA. She worked as a licensed practical nurse for the Wilkes Barre VA Hospital. Rose was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. She was a former member of Holy Saviour Church in Wilkes Barre, where she was in the Altar and Rosary Societies. Born in Wilkes Barre, PA on March 9, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Julius and Rose (Belinmute) Urban. She was the wife of the late Miles A. Campbell, who died in 1959. Surviving are her loving family including a daughter, Rosemary Penhale and her husband, Thomas of King of Prussia, PA; a son, Robert M. Campbell and his wife, Jeri of Florence, MT; four grandchildren: Thomas, Brian, Robert and Maureen; four great-grandchildren: Megan, Connor, Molly and Justin; a sister, Eleanor Butcofski of Pittston, PA; a brother, Clement Urban of Pittston, PA; and many nephews and nieces.She was preceded in death by a brother, Edward and two sisters, Irene Nareski and Mary Prime.Relatives & friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA on Friday, April 17, 2009 at 10:00am. Officiating will be the Rev. Msgr. Joseph Murray. Her viewing will be Friday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church.
