Rose Epstein Miss Rose Epstein, 88, of 1500 Locust St. Phila. passed away Monday, July 15th, 2013 at Vitas at Methodist Hospital -Jefferson Miss Epstein was born in Chester, PA on November 29, 1924, the daughter of the late Harry and Minnie (Gottlieb) Epstein. She was employed as an Office Manager at PCA PA Corp for for 39 yrs. She earned her Masters in Sociology, and had traveled the world during her life. Rose is the brother of Paul Epstein
