Rose A. (Derosato) Shemar

Born in Bridgeport, PA on June 9, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Dominick and Palma (Manzi) DeRosato. She was the wife of the late John J. Shemar, who died in 2007. Surviving are her loving family including a son, Steven J. Shemar and his fiancée, Shelley Bower of King of Prussia, PA; three daughters: Linda Y. Keen and her husband, Paul "Sandy" of E. Norriton, PA, Diane C. Kriebel and her friend, Joseph Martin of Collegeville, PA and Pamela A. DeMitis and her husband, Wayne of King of Prussia, PA; two grandchildren, Anthony John and Valerie Rose DeMitis; two brothers, Dominick P. DeRosato of Plymouth Meeting, PA and Nicholas L. DeRosato and his wife, Diana of W. Norriton, PA; and many nephews and nieces.

Relatives & friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 11:00am. Friends may call Saturday morning from 9 to 10:20am, at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA 19405.

Interment will be private at the request of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rose's memory to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA 19405.
