Ruth B. Flannery

Ruth B. Flannery, 86, formerly of Willow Grove and North Wales, PA passed away peacefully on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Abington Lansdale Hospital in Lansdale, PA. She was the beloved wife for 62 years of the late Dennis J. Flannery. They were married at St. David's Church in Willow Grove On October 6, 1951. She is also preceded in death by her son Bryan and his daughter Lauren. Ruth was born on June 28, 1930, a daughter of the late Roaine (Cotanche) and Wesley Blatz. Ruth is survived by two daughters, Catherine, wife of Ron Engler, Mary Denise, wife of Gary Ferguson and a son, Mark, husband of Diane. Ruth is also survived by a brother, Roger Wesley, husband of Betty Blatz, a daughter in law Kathleen Pagano and 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. David Church in Willow Grove, PA on Friday Oct. 14, 2016 at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday October 14, 2016 from 9-10:15 AM at the Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home, Inc. 507 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA 19046.
