Ruth M. (Schlosman) Schrack

Ruth M. (Schlosman) Schrack passed away suddenly on Monday, June 21, 2010 at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, PA. She was 90. Mrs. Schrack, a homemaker, was a life-long resident of Bridgeport, PA. She graduated from the former Bridgeport High School, Class of 1939. Ruth was a member of St. Augustine R.C. Church in Bridgeport, PA and the Bridgeport Senior Citizens Group. Born in Bridgeport, PA on February 1, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Leonard V. and Mary J. (Grab) Schlosman. Surviving is her loving family including her husband of 65 years, Charles D. Schrack; two sons, Charles D. Schrack and his longtime companion, Judymarie Gallela of E. Norriton, PA and Robert L. Schrack of Dumfries, VA; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Leonard, Albert and Gerald; and 3 sisters, Elizabeth Jeffers, Mary Richardson and Helen Maggio.Relatives & friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at St. Augustine R.C. Church, 464 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 10:00am. Officiating will be the Rev. Scott D. Brockson, Pastor. Ruth's viewing will be Friday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church. Interment in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the form of Mass Cards.
