Sabina A. Leddy

Sabina A. (Fallon) Leddy passed away peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2015 at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. She was 96. Mrs. Leddy was a long time resident of Norristown, PA. She worked as a housekeeper for the former CPI in Betzwood, PA, until her retirement in 1982. Sabina was a member of the Senior Adult Activity Center in Norristown.   Born in Chester, PA on December 23, 1918, she was a daughter of the late James and Annie (Martin) Fallon. She was the wife of the late John E. Leddy, who died in 1983. Surviving is her loving family including a son, John E. Leddy of Philadelphia, PA; a daughter, Donna M. Leddy of Norristown, PA; five grandchildren: Michelle, Jennifer, Susan, Philip and Patricia; seven great-grandchildren; and a dear friend, Mary McGough and her children, Barbara and Robert. She was preceded in death by three sons: Joseph, Philip and an infant, Patrick.   Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family at their home at 1207 Locust St., Norristown, PA on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 1 to 5:00 pm.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sabina’s memory to the Senior Adult Activities Center of Montgomery County, Airy and George Sts., Norristown, PA 19401.
