Samuel C. Demino

Samuel C. DeMino passed away peacefully on Monday, July 18, 2022. He was 52. Sam wanted to be a firefighter since he was a toddler and was lucky enough to be one at Montgomery Hose Fire Company in Norristown. He worked there from December 1998 until his retirement in February of 2020. He was a member of Holy Saviour Church in Norristown. Sam enjoyed collecting past and present firehouse memorabilia, Marvel memorabilia, playing cards and being with his family and friends. Born in Norristown, PA on July 13, 1970, he was the son of the late Charles P. and Joanne M. (Desimone) DeMino. Surviving is his loving family including two sisters, Michele DeMino and Cheryl DeMino, both of King of Prussia, PA; two aunts, Lena Robbins and Andrea Volpe, both of Collegeville, PA; an uncle, Nick Volpe of Eagleville, PA; many cousins who were his first friends and like his brothers and sisters; and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb Street, Bridgeport, PA on Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 10 to 11:30 am; with his Prayer Service starting at 11:30 am. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Norristown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sam’s memory to Norristown Professional Fire Fighters, P.O.
