Shannon Michaela Clearwater

Shannon Michaela Clearwater, 18, passed away suddenly at her home on Thursday, September 3, 2015.  She was a resident of Stowe, PA. Born on March 10, 1997 in Pottstown, PA, Shannon was a vibrant and spirited young woman who positively touched the lives of everyone she ever met.  She was blessed with a gift of artistic expression and an ability to bring out the smiles and laughter from everyone by simply being around them.  Truly accepting of others, she welcomed anyone into her circle of friends, and once in, she remained loyal to the end.  Like the fabled lotus flower, Shannon had the strength to overcome an unbelievable amount of adversity to grow into the beautiful soul that we have all come to know and love.  She was a daughter and a sister, and she was family even to those who weren't related. Surviving is her mother, Heather Kane; her step-father, Frank; her brothers: Tristan Clearwater and his girlfriend Lauren, Jacob Kane and his girlfriend Missy, Liam Kane, and John Zallie; and her sisters, Kathryn Clearwater, Gabby Kane and Nikki Zallie.  Also surviving are the many people who felt at home around such a wonderful and amazing part of their lives. Everyone is invited to Shannon's memorial service on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 6 PM to 8PM at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 Dekalb St., Bridgeport, PA  19405.  Interment will be private at the request of her family.
