Sharon D. Carpenter

Sharon D. Carpenter, age 61, of Pottstown, PA passed away peacefully on January 12, 2018. Born in Sellersville to the late Fred Ferrier and Rose Ferrier (Siegfried). Sharon graduated from Methacton High School in 1974. She was involved with the Lower Providence Ambulance Squad in her early years. Later, she was a bookkeeper for KMART and Culligan Water. She is preceded in death by her father, Fred Ferrier and her brother, Bob Ferrier. She is survived by her mother, Rose Ferrier; her sister-in-law, Teresa Ferrier; nephew, Robert Ferrier Jr. (Xiaowen); great nephew, Robert Ferrier III; 2 aunts, Peggy Woolley of Texas and Audrey Burke of Delaware; and her uncle, Joe Ferrier (Lois) of Ohio. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 7-8:30 pm at Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home 101 N. Park Ave. Trooper, PA 19403. A service will immediately follow at 8:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900 Arlington, VA 22202.
