Stella (Blosenski) Davidson
June 1929 - December 2019
Stella lived a full 90 years and was loved by all who met her, had a genuine smile
and a calm demeanor. She was a hard worker all her life and worked tirelessly
secularly and loved driving her tractor around the property to keep the lawn looking
nice and working in her many gardens.
She met her future husband, Walter, but commonly called Skip, at Marple-Newtown
school and he would walk her home although he lived in the opposite direction. She
loved sports and music, loved her flowers, was an accomplished seamstress and
always dressed well. Skip introduced her to some Bible truths that she came to love
as much as him and together they spent their lives sharing their love of the Bible
with others as Jehovah’s witnesses. They were married for just shy of 70 years.
Stella and Skip were very hospitable to many through the years, having prepared
many delicious homemade meals to their friends and family. They were also
caretakers to her mother and sister for two decades.
Stella was born in Broomall, Pa, and had five siblings, she was the last of the 6 and
considered “the baby”. She and Skip had no children but many, many friends that
became additional family.
She passed away in the home when she born and raised, tended to by her husband
and friends. She rests peacefully now, being confident of the future day when God
through Christ will raise her up through the wonderful provision of the resurrection
