Susan T. Leigh

Susan T. (Brennan) Leigh passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 11, 2018, surrounded by her loving family at her daughter's home in Spring City, PA. She was 95. Mrs. Leigh was a former resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as a County Clerk for the District Court of Upper Merion Township. Susan was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia. Born in Bridgeport, PA on February 23, 1923, she was a daughter of the late William and Susan (Cassidy) Brennan. She was the wife of the late George H. Leigh, who died in 2002. Surviving is her loving family including a son, Brian J. Leigh and his wife, Gemma, of Pottstown, PA; two daughters, Carol A. Zielinski and her husband, Paul, of Warrington, PA and Susan T. Tipton and her husband, Fred, of Spring City, PA; five grandchildren: Scott, Robin, Colin, Jesse and Sean; a step-grandchild, Moonshadow; two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Mason; a sister, Jean Cameron of Roswell, GA; a sister-in-law, Janice Brennan of King of Prussia, PA; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas and George Leigh; five brothers: John “Jack”, William, Thomas, Joseph and Martin; and two sisters, Elizabeth Bowe and Marie Nihill. The family will receive relatives and friends at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 9 to 9:50 am, with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.
