Theodore A. Battaglio

Theodore A. Battaglio went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Paoli Hospital in Paoli, PA. He ws 76. Mr. Battaglio was a resident of Bridgeport, PA. He was a graduate of the former Bishop Kenrick High School, and the University of Valley Forge. Ted worked for many years in the accounting department for Cornerboard/Reddi-Pac in Bridgeport. He was a long-time member and deacon at Evangel Assembly of God in Norristown, PA. Ted was also a long-time volunteer at the Norristown Hospitality Center which is an outreach to the homeless in the Norristown area. He was a US Army veteran who served in Vietnam. Ted was born in Bridgeport, PA, a son of the late Theodore V. and Jeanette M. (Adelardi) Battaglio. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 32 years, Christine (Jones) Battaglio of Bridgeport; son, Theodore V. “Ted” Battaglio of Eagleville; a sister, Catherine DiGuiseppe and her husband, Alexander of Royersford; and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dominic Battaglio; and a sister, Theresa Rokita. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ted's memory to the Norristown Hospitality Center, 530 Church St. #1, Norristown, PA 19401.
