(Ted) Gates, 58, of Elkins Park, PA passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 peacefully, at Keystone Hospice, in Wyndmoor.   Ted was born in Philadelphia, PA on November 10, 1957, a son of the late Dorothea (Kenny) and Donald E. Gates.  He had worked as a Customer Sales Representative in the Mortgage Banking Industry.    Ted is survived by his three loving children, Kristin Feather (Sean), Kimberlee Gates, and Kathrine Berry (Brian).  Dear brother of Don (Linda), Richard, Ellen Yanni (Robert), Ann Macchione (Joe) and the late Ginny Fuller and Timothy Gates.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Services will be private at the convenience of the Family In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent's Soup Kitchen 109 E Price St. Philadelphia, PA 19144.
