Theodore "Theo" James Kocher passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Phoenixville Hospital. He was 21 months old. Born on August 21, 2014, he was the beloved son of Richard James Kocher, Jr. and Noranne S. (Toth) Kocher of Phoenixville, PA; and many other loving family members. Funeral services will be private.
