Theresa L. (Alba) Filandino

Theresa L. (Alba) Filandino passed away peacefully on Friday, January 25, 2013 at St. Mary Manor in Lansdale, PA. She was 97. Mrs. Filandino was a resident of St. Mary Manor for the past 2 ½ years and was formerly of North Wales, PA. Theresa loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.Born in Norristown, PA on October 25, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Saverio and Marie (Gallo) Alba. She was the wife of the late Pasquale "Pat" Filandino, who died in 1989. Surviving is her loving family including two daughters, Marie J. Picard and her husband, Gregory, of Norristown, PA and Lillian T. Heyse and her husband, Joseph, of North Wales, PA; three grand-children: Bryan, Angelina & Gabriella; three great-grandchildren: Madison, Austin and Carson; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Alba; and a sister, Lillian Landoni. Relatives & friends are invited to Theresa's Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 10:00 am. Her viewing will be Wednesday morning from 9 to 9:50 am, at the church.
