Theresa R. Nilo

Theresa R. (Skreenock) Nilo passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Pennsburg Manor in Pennsburg, PA. She was 81. Mrs. Nilo was a resident of Souderton, PA and was formerly of Bridgeport, PA. She worked as an assembler for Nice Ballbearing in Kulpsville, PA for 23 years. Theresa was a member of Corpus Christi Church in Lansdale, PA and a former member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA. She was also a member of the Blue Army Rosary Group in Washington, NJ. Born in Beaver Meadows, PA on September 22, 1931, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia (Goliat) Skreenock. She was the wife of the late Dr. Carl J. Nilo, who died in 1999. Surviving is her loving family including a daughter, Terri F. Nilo of Souderton, PA; a son, John J. Nilo of East Stroudsburg, PA; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia M. Nilo; a son, Carl M.
