Thomas W. Gibson

Gibson Thomas W.  Loving Husband of 49 years to Kathleen A. (Logan) Gibson, died suddenly February 16th 2011. Thomas has a spirit that lives on through his six children, Kathleen Nunnally (John), Denise Snyder (William), Thomas Jr., Patrick, Terence (Joanne) and Kevin (Jamey).  Survived by Nine (9) Grandchildren: Kassandra, Patrick, Elizabeth, Danielle, Kerissa, Terence (Tyler), Trevor, Conner and Kylie. In addition, Tom was survived by two sisters Cassie and Betty. Thomas was a Graduate of West Catholic High School for Boys.  Thomas resided in the Northeast Philadelphia area of Tacony. Tom played an instrumental part in the creation of the North East Athletic League N.E.A.T., providing children from various neighborhoods the opportunity to play sports. Known as "MR G.", Tom acted as President of the N.E.A.T League for several years.   Tom worked at Elkins Park Hospital and Hurst Performance previously.  Relatives and Friends are invited to his viewing Tuesday 6-8 PM   and Religious Service 8PM at the Walter J.
