Mr. Randolph worked as an auto mechanic. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA on July 9, 1949, he was a son of Thomas A. Randolph Sr. and Gabriel B. (Church) Randolph. Thomas was the husband of Celia R. Randolph. Funeral services and interment will be private.
