Thomas "Tom" Shust

Thomas “Tom” Shust passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at his residence in King of Prussia, PA. He was 85. Mr. Shust was a graduate from Temple University and worked as an electronics specialist for General Electric and Unisys for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, classic country music, planting his vegetable garden and riding his John Deere tractor. Tom was a US Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. Born in Carbondale, PA on August 11, 1931, he was a son of the late Paul and Justine (Guzey) Shust. Surviving is his loving family including his wife, Jean M. (Schlasta) Shust; two daughters, Linda Shust and Barbara Shust, both of King of Prussia, PA; and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Shust Jr. and John Shust. Relatives and friends are invited to Tom’s Funeral Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11:00 am. His viewing is on Saturday morning from 10 to 10:50 am. Interment will be in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tom’s memory to the Lafayette Ambulance Squad, 180 N.
