Thomas Pierce Winters

Thomas Pierce Winters of Huntingdon Valley, PA was born in County Mayo, Ireland on September 22, 1937. Pierce passed peacefully surrounded by his family on December 31, 2019, at age 82. He was the beloved husband of the late Bridie Winters (née Leneghan), loving Father of Sheila Przybylinski (John) and Tom (Jen). Devoted grandfather of Seamus, Kaley, Erin, Connor, Declan, John, Thomas and Finola. Also survived by four sisters; Anne Hegarty, Pauline Scollard, Una Geraghty, and Sheila O’Malley and by many nieces and nephews. Pierce worked at Sears Roebuck and Co. and then for St. Hilary’s for 15 years before retiring in 2014. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 9:30 AM to 10:50 AM and his Funeral Mass at 11 AM both at St. Hilary of Poitiers Church, 820 Susquehanna Rd. Rydal, PA 19046. His Interment will be at St. John Neuman Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Project Home Development Department, 1515 Fairmount Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19130 appreciated.
