Veronica G. Price

Veronica G. Price (nee Donahue), age 94, of New Port Richey, FL passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026. Veronica was born in Abington, PA on September 12, 1931, to the late Catharine (Gould) and Patrick A. Donahue.

Beloved wife of the late James J. Price. Also preceded in death by her daughter Donna A. Koruba (Stephen) sister Magdalene Kenny (John) and brothers Joseph Donahue (Marie), William D. Donahue (Margaret), Anthony J. Donahue, and dear friend Patricia Donahue.

Veronica is survived by her loving children; Elinor Pernitsky (Joseph) and Samuel J. Price (Donna). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Veronica (Ronnie) will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, often hosting gatherings large and small.

Ronnie found comfort and strength in her faith. She served as a eucharistic minister and was a long-time member of Catholic Daughters.

Ronnie returned to school in her forties and earned her practical nursing degree. She enjoyed her career and practiced until she was in her seventies.

She fulfilled the dream that she and Jim shared of retirement in Florida, where she lived for many years.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday, March 25th from 10-10:50 AM followed by her funeral mass at 11 AM both held at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 321 Witmer Rd. Horsham, PA 19044. Her interment will be held in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Phila., PA.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 4843 Mile Stretch Drive, Holiday, Florida 34690.
