Vincent J. Dooley passed away suddenly on Monday, August 29, 2016, at his residence in King of Prussia, PA. He was 65. Mr. Dooley worked as the Director of Manufacturing for Valley Forge Tape and Label. He was an avid golfer who participated in the annual A.G. Dooley Memorial Tournament. Vincent also enjoyed birdwatching and was known for his love of Irish Setters. In his younger days, Vincent loved skiing and motorcycles. Born in Brooklyn, NY, on February 5, 1951, he was a son of the late Arthur G. and Ann J. (Glickert) Dooley. Surviving is his loving family including his wife, Vera (Henig) Dooley; a son, Sean Dooley of Philadelphia, PA; a daughter, Erin Dooley of King of Prussia, PA; a brother, Joseph P. (Patsy) Dooley of Norristown, PA; four sisters: Mary J. (Eric) Bobbitt of Brentwood, TN, Teresa A. (Ralph) Pelusi of Hatboro, PA, Eileen V. (Timothy) McDermott of Glenside, PA and Jane F. (Dean) Buckley of Quakertown, PA; and many other family members. He was preceded in death by a brother, Peter Dooley; and a nephew, Peter Dooley. A celebration of Vincent’s life is being planned for a later date.
