Helinsky Walter J., at age 69, passed away Monday, July 30th, 2012. Mr. Helinsky was born in Bethlehem, PA on November 1, 1942, the son of the late Walter and Pamela (Billetz). Beloved husband of Kathleen R. Helinsky. Walter served as a police officer for the city of Philadelphia.
