McClafferty Walter J. 73 of Philadelphia, passed peacefully on February 16, 2018. Beloved life partner for 37 years to Denise L. Coggins. Dear brother of Joseph (Carole), James (Helen) and Dennis (Terri). He is dearly loved and will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a member of Cement Mason’s Local #592 and a US Marine Vietnam Veteran. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 6 to 8 PM and religious service at 8 PM both at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home 6645 Torresdale Ave. Phila, PA. His burial will be held Thursday morning at 9 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. Procession from the funeral home will leave promptly at 8:00 AM Thursday morning.
