William Corona, Sr. passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 1, 2015 at Abington Hospice @ Warminster in Warminster, PA. He was 81. Mr. Corona was a resident of Huntingdon Valley, PA. He worked as a sales representative for Sony in Mt. Laurel, NJ. William was a member of St. Albert the Great Church in Huntingdon Valley, PA. He was a US Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict.Born in Mount Airy, PA on November 25, 1933, he was a son of the late Alessandro and Mary (Biello) Corona. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 57 years, Anna Marie (DeVicaris) Corona; four sons: Alessandro Corona and his fiancée, Denise Catullo, of King of Prussia, PA, William & Carolyn Corona, Jr. of Douglassville, PA, Christopher & Diane Corona of Turnersville, NJ and Daniel & Raya Corona of Marlton, NJ; nine grandchildren: Christopher, Alessandro, Cassandra, Xavier, Thomas, C.J., Brian, Stephen and Victoria; a great-grandson, C.J., a great-granddaughter, Tessah, and another great-grandson to be born in 3 months; and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Alessandro and Joseph; and two sisters, Josephine Malone and Maryanna Malone. Relatives & friends are invited to William's Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 10:00 am. Officiating will be the Rev. Martin T. Cioppi, Pastor. His viewing is Thursday from 9 to 9:50 am, at the church.
