William Joseph Fryer

William Joseph Fryer passed away peacefully on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. He was 81. Mr. Fryer was a resident of Lower Providence Twp., PA. He worked as a carpenter for many years. William was a member of Visitation BVM Church in Trooper, PA. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and also enjoyed wrestling. William was an experienced handyman with a heart of gold, who was always willing to help others. He loved his family above all else, especially his beloved wife and loved spending time with them. Born in Plymouth Meeting, PA on October 23, 1939, he was a son of the late Joseph E. and Lillian R. (Burkey) Fryer. Surviving is his loving wife of 60 years, Lorraine D. (Kozlowski) Fryer. Also a son, Leonard Fryer; four daughters: Marilyn (Brian) Carr, Lori Ruggiano, Maria Salvo and Carlina Fryer; nine grandchildren: Brian Jr. (Natasha), Derek, Lenny, Nicole, Ryan, Andrew, Gabriella, Alexis and Mia; seven great-grandchildren: Devin, Caitlyn, D.J., Leo, Damien, Giavanni and Oliver; two brothers, Robert Fryer and Donald Fryer; two sisters, Jolene Galanti and Carol DiMartino; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Sandra Delliponti and Anne Delliponti-Bambi; and two sons-in-law, John Ruggiano and Derek Salvo. Relatives & friends are invited to William’s viewing at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport, PA on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 3:00pm to 4:50pm, followed by his Prayer Service at 5:00 pm. Interment will be private.
